Responsibilities
- Anticipate and fulfill guest requests with personalized recommendations for dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions
- Coordinate exclusive experiences including Broadway shows, private tours, and VIP event access
- Manage VIP guest reservations and build lasting relationships with high-profile clientele
- Collaborate with housekeeping, front desk, and event teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of NYC's latest trends, events, and transportation systems
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with discretion and proactive problem-solving
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years luxury hotel concierge or guest relations experience
- Extensive knowledge of New York City's attractions, restaurants, and cultural events
- Exceptional communication skills in English and at least one additional language
- Proven ability to multitask in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong organizational skills with attention to minute detail
- Valid New York State driver's license preferred
- Certification from The Les Clefs d'Or organization highly desirable
