Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-in/check-out procedures with precision and warmth
- Handle reservations, inquiries, and special requests via phone, email, and in-person
- Resolve guest concerns promptly using our 5-star service standards
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and valet teams
- Utilize OPERA property management system efficiently
Qualifications
- 2+ years luxury hotel or high-end hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency highly valued
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Valid Florida driver's license (for valet assistance)
- Professional appearance and warm demeanor
