Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized guest service with warm Miami hospitality
- Manage seamless check-in/check-out procedures using Opera PMS
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and valet teams for optimal operations
- Upsell hotel amenities and local experiences
- Maintain immaculate lobby and reception area standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years luxury hotel front desk experience
- Proficiency in Opera PMS and reservation systems
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- Fluency in English and Spanish required
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Knowledge of Miami tourism and attractions
- Professional appearance and guest-centric mindset
