Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front desk operations and team performance
- Train and mentor front desk agents on service excellence
- Handle VIP guest requests and complex problem resolution
- Optimize room inventory and guest satisfaction metrics
- Collaborate with housekeeping and F&B departments
- Implement revenue management strategies for front desk
- Maintain accurate guest records in PMS systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- 3+ years luxury hotel front desk management experience
- Proficiency with Opera or similar hotel management systems
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills
- Strong financial acumen and revenue awareness
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
- Valid North Carolina hospitality certification preferred
- Fluency in English; Spanish language skills a plus
