Responsibilities
- Direct all hotel departments including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge
- Develop and execute operational budgets while maximizing revenue and profitability
- Train and mentor staff to maintain service excellence standards
- Resolve guest inquiries and ensure seamless guest experiences
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain supplier relationships
- Implement sustainability initiatives and safety protocols
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience
- 5+ years in luxury hotel management with team leadership experience
- Proven track record in P&L management and revenue optimization
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, etc.)
- Valid California Food Handler certification preferred
