Responsibilities
- Manage overnight front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
- Process payments, reconcile daily transactions, and generate accurate financial reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest complaints with professionalism and resolve issues efficiently
- Prepare end-of-night reports and ensure all documentation is completed accurately
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel front desk or night audit roles
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and crisis management skills
- Exceptional customer service with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles preferred
