Responsibilities
- Manage nightly front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest requests
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of accounts and prepare daily financial reports
- Address guest concerns with empathy and resolve issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and coordinate with overnight staff for safety protocols
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Update reservation systems and manage room availability in real-time
- Collaborate with day-shift teams for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio, or similar)
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
