Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight shifts including check-ins/check-outs and guest inquiries
- Perform daily audits of financial transactions, reconciling POS systems and cash drawers
- Respond to guest emergencies and security concerns with discretion and professionalism
- Generate end-of-day reports and prepare financial documentation for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams to maintain operational standards
- Handle sensitive guest information with strict confidentiality protocols
- Process late check-outs and manage wake-up call services efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS or similar hotel management software
- Exceptional attention to detail and mathematical accuracy
- Strong problem-solving abilities during overnight operations
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Valid Ohio driver's license and clean background check
