Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest assistance
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial transactions and maintain accurate audit reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism
- Oversee security protocols and emergency procedures throughout the night
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Prepare end-of-night reports and handover documentation for day staff
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
- Proficiency in hotel management software (Opera, etc.)
- Strong financial aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
