Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late-night arrivals/departures
- Oversee security protocols and monitor property surveillance systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight needs
- Handle cash handling and credit card transactions accurately
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Oklahoma hospitality certification preferred
