Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours, including check-ins/check-outs and guest assistance
- Perform daily audit procedures to ensure financial accuracy in guest folios and revenue reports
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor security systems and conduct property inspections to maintain safety standards
- Process payments, manage cash handling, and prepare daily deposit reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for overnight service requests
- Generate end-of-day reports and prepare documentation for next-day management
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night shift experience preferred
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to financial detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
