Responsibilities
- Perform nightly reconciliation of guest accounts, ensuring financial accuracy across all departments
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures with efficiency
- Address guest inquiries and resolve service issues during overnight hours
- Generate daily reports for management including revenue, occupancy, and operational metrics
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for property safety and cleanliness
- Handle cash management procedures including safe audits and deposit preparation
- Maintain confidential guest data and financial records with strict compliance
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Valid Illinois driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
