Responsibilities
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for overnight guests using Opera PMS system
- Balance daily transactions and prepare accurate financial reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and conduct property patrols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle emergency situations following hotel protocols
- Process credit card transactions and maintain cash drawer integrity
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in Opera PMS or similar property management software
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to cover additional shifts during peak seasons
