Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of guest accounts and hotel transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for late-arriving guests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare daily financial reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Process credit card transactions and manage safe operations
Qualifications
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and POS systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license (for property vehicle operation)
- Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
