Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and daily transactions
- Manage check-ins/check-outs for arriving/departing guests with exceptional service
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly during overnight hours
- Monitor security systems and conduct property patrols to ensure guest safety
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and prepare daily financial reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational needs
- Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally according to protocol
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or night shift experience preferred
- Proficient in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles
