Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts, ensuring 100% accuracy
- Check in/out guests during overnight shifts with efficiency and warmth
- Manage cash handling and financial reporting for night operations
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with security and maintenance teams for smooth operations
- Maintain detailed logs of all night activities
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or audit experience
- Advanced proficiency in Opera/PMS systems
- Strong mathematical accuracy and attention to detail
- Exceptional communication skills in English
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability (overnight shifts required)
- Valid AZ driver's license preferred
