Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours with precision
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs and financial transactions accurately
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Prepare daily reconciliation reports and audit financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams for seamless operations
- Monitor safety protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS preferred)
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail in financial reconciliation
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
