Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of guest accounts and daily transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late-night arrivals and departures
- Oversee security protocols and emergency response during overnight shifts
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Coordinate with day staff for smooth transition of operations
- Monitor hotel systems and troubleshoot technical issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel night audit or front desk operations
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Virginia driver's license and reliable transportation
