Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day reconciliation of daily financial transactions
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late-night guests
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and discretion
- Prepare daily reports for management review
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management software (Opera/PMS)
- Strong mathematical and reconciliation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities under pressure
- Texas Food Handler and Alcohol Certification preferred
- Availability to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
