Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts and financial transactions
- Check in/out guests efficiently while maintaining exceptional service standards
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security departments
- Process payments and manage cash handling procedures
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Prepare end-of-day financial reports
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or audit experience
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Fidelio, etc.)
- Strong mathematical accuracy and reconciliation skills
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
- Valid Wisconsin hospitality certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent required
