Responsibilities
- Manage check-in/check-out processes for overnight guests with precision and efficiency
- Balance daily financial transactions and generate accurate end-of-night reports
- Monitor security systems and respond to guest emergencies during overnight hours
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with exceptional service
- Perform daily audits of guest accounts and payment systems
- Prepare next-day's front desk assignments and guest folios
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Strong cash handling and reconciliation skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities during off-peak hours
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Valid Florida driver's license preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
