Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service across front desk, concierge, and valet operations during assigned shifts
- Manage check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and room assignments with precision
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Maintain accurate financial records and POS transactions during shift hours
- Execute emergency procedures and safety protocols as required
- Uphold brand standards and cleanliness policies across all guest touchpoints
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hospitality or customer service experience
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Sabre)
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (for valet positions)
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must pass background check and drug screening
