Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Reconcile daily financial transactions and generate accurate shift reports
- Address guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and professionalism
- Monitor security systems and respond to emergency protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for operational efficiency
- Update guest profiles and manage reservation systems in real-time
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk or night shift experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Opera or PMS hotel software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible availability to work weekends and holidays
- Basic accounting knowledge and cash handling experience
