Join The Georgian Hotel, a premier landmark in Houston, as our next Night Auditor. We are looking for a self-motivated professional to oversee our overnight operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences while maintaining financial integrity.
As a Night Auditor, you will bridge the gap between front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house finance. You will be the face of the hotel during the night shift, handling reservations, processing payments, and ensuring the property is secure and pristine.

Responsibilities
- Perform nightly front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, and wake-up calls.
- Process daily financial transactions, credit card settlements, and cash balancing.
- Assist guests with local recommendations, directions, and concierge services.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of guests and property.
- Generate nightly reports and reconcile the PMS (Property Management System).
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Handle emergency situations and guest complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service is preferred.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and math skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
