Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out processes.
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, front desk, and common areas.
- Assist with concierge services, including local recommendations and directions.
- Support housekeeping and maintenance teams as needed to ensure a high-quality guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- No prior hospitality experience is necessary; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand and move around for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- A valid driver's license is preferred.
