Responsibilities
- Perform end-of-day financial reconciliations and generate daily reports
- Check in/out guests during overnight hours using PMS systems
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Monitor security systems and building access controls
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle cash transactions and manage safe deposit procedures
- Prepare next-day's shift briefings and task assignments
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or night audit experience
- Proficiency in Opera, Fidelio, or similar PMS systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of LA tourism hotspots preferred
