Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Process check-ins and check-outs efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Night Audit: Perform nightly financial reconciliations, including posting charges, balancing cash drawers, and running daily reports.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly with grace and problem-solving skills.
- Security & Safety: Monitor building security systems, ensure key control procedures are followed, and report any maintenance issues immediately.
- Communication: Collaborate with the day shift team to hand over relevant guest information and ensure continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hotel front desk operations or a related hospitality role is preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros) and basic computer skills are required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Work Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
