Responsibilities
- Check guests in/out efficiently using our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with professionalism
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accuracy
- Coordinate housekeeping and maintenance requests
- Monitor security and safety protocols during overnight shifts
- Assist with luggage storage and valet services
- Maintain clean and organized lobby/reception areas
Qualifications
- Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Basic computer proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Valid driver's license (for valet duties)
