Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, respond to emails, and resolve guest inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Lobby Maintenance: Ensure the lobby and common areas are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Concierge Support: Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options to guests.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Communicate maintenance needs and coordinate with housekeeping teams to ensure room readiness.
- Security & Safety: Monitor CCTV systems and ensure the safety and security of all guests and staff.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred but not always required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attitude: A friendly, approachable, and positive attitude is essential.
- Schedule: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, responsible, and able to work well under pressure.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
