Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a premium first impression and addressing inquiries with a professional demeanor.
- Operations Management: Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out process, including verifying identity and handling payments accurately.
- Shift Coverage: Perform front desk duties during rotating shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays to ensure 24/7 coverage.
- Communication: Answer and direct phone calls and emails promptly, acting as the primary point of contact for visitors and staff.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail services, package deliveries, and maintain accurate guest records in the property management system.
- Security & Safety: Monitor lobby areas, enforce building policies, and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
- Frontline Support: Assist visitors with directions, local recommendations, and general concierge services.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in front desk, reception, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Schedule Flexibility: Must be willing and able to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with property management software (PMS) is a plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Professionalism: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and conflict resolution.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
