Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive night audit duties, including balancing daily financial reports, reconciling room revenue, and ensuring accurate accounting.
- Manage front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and registration of guests with efficiency and warmth.
- Handle all guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly to ensure total guest satisfaction.
- Maintain high security standards and monitor hotel premises throughout the night shift.
- Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to update guest profiles, manage reservations, and track room status.
- Provide concierge services and local recommendations to enhance the guest stay experience.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel front desk operations, night auditing, or a related hospitality role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management Systems (e.g., Opera, Micros) is essential.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting and data entry.
