Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts and resolve overnight service requests
- Perform daily reconciliation of cash receipts, credit card transactions, and folios
- Oversee security protocols and monitor surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for urgent requests
- Generate end-of-day financial reports and prepare next-day operations
- Handle guest inquiries with exceptional service standards
- Maintain accurate guest profiles and reservation data
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night shift experience preferred
- Proficiency in Opera/PMS property management systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (for errands)
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of hotel security procedures
