Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during overnight hours (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Process guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and efficiency
- Balance daily accounts and generate end-of-night financial reports
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Monitor security systems and emergency protocols
- Handle cash management and credit card transactions
- Maintain accurate guest records in PMS system
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years hotel front desk experience
- Proven night shift or overnight work history
- Advanced proficiency in Opera or similar PMS software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong attention to detail with numerical aptitude
- Valid Florida driver's license (required for errands)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English and Spanish (highly preferred)
