Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, answer phone calls, and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.
- Housekeeping & Maintenance: Ensure guest rooms and public areas are spotless, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities.
- General Operations: Assist with daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Front Desk Support: Process payments, handle inquiries, and resolve guest issues with a positive attitude.
- Security & Safety: Monitor surveillance cameras and ensure the safety and security of hotel premises and guests.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- No Experience Needed: We provide full training for all candidates.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights for extended periods.
- Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as required.
