As a Night Auditor, you are the face of the hotel during the night shift. You will be responsible for balancing the books while ensuring our guests enjoy a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Manage all front desk functions, including check-ins, check-outs, and baggage handling for late-arriving guests.
- Night Audit: Perform daily financial reconciliations, including verifying room charges, posting payments, and closing the night audit system accurately.
- Guest Relations: Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to ensure a 5-star experience, even in the quiet hours.
- Security & Safety: Conduct regular security rounds of the property, monitor surveillance cameras, and ensure the safety of guests and staff.
- Communication: Relay important information to the morning shift team and coordinate with housekeeping for room preparation.
- Policy Enforcement: Enforce hotel policies regarding guest registration and local laws.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel front desk operations or hospitality management.
- Availability: Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to perform financial calculations and data entry with high accuracy.
- Professionalism: A polished appearance and professional demeanor are required.
