Responsibilities
- Greets guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process.
- Manages all front desk operations, including room assignments, wake-up calls, and concierge services.
- Handles guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with poise and efficiency.
- Processes payments accurately and maintains daily financial records and reports.
- Collaborates with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and quality standards.
- Provides local recommendations and assists with travel arrangements to enhance the guest stay.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a polished, professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Fidelio) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in hospitality is a plus.
