As a vital part of our hotel staff, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our property, ensuring every guest feels welcome, comfortable, and valued.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough and meticulous cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all surfaces.
- Change linens, make beds to hotel standards, and replenish amenities (soap, shampoo, etc.) to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain common areas, such as hallways, lobbies, and restrooms, to a pristine condition.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards immediately to the supervisor.
- Follow all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly stored and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Previous housekeeping, custodial, or hospitality experience is a plus but not required (comprehensive training provided).
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
