Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive night audits, including balancing the PMS system and preparing daily financial reports.
- Check guests in and out efficiently, handling payments, room keys, and ensuring accurate room status.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on maintaining high satisfaction scores.
- Maintain the cleanliness, security, and order of the lobby, public areas, and restrooms throughout the shift.
- Collaborate with the front office team to ensure a seamless handover during shift changes.
- Handle emergency procedures and security protocols as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Micros.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
