Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory of supplies
- Inspect rooms for damages, maintenance issues, and guest requests
- Adhere to strict safety and sanitation protocols
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless operations
- Report maintenance concerns and lost/found items promptly
- Complete cleaning checklists with attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid work authorization and reliable transportation
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
