Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/checkouts with efficiency and warmth during overnight shifts
- Handle reservation modifications, billing inquiries, and payment processing
- Respond to emergency situations and security protocols with calm professionalism
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Maintain accurate shift logs and guest incident documentation
- Operate PMS systems and maintain data security compliance
- Support lobby operations and ensure common areas are impeccably maintained
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year front desk or hospitality experience required
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency with hotel management systems (Opera preferred)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Pennsylvania Food Handler's certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic knowledge of Philadelphia attractions and transportation
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
