Responsibilities
- Manage guest check-ins/check-outs with precision and warmth during overnight hours
- Handle reservation modifications and ensure seamless room assignments
- Resolve guest inquiries and concerns promptly with solutions-oriented approach
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial documentation
- Coordinate with security, housekeeping, and maintenance teams for operational excellence
- Monitor hotel systems and report any technical issues immediately
- Maintain a secure and welcoming lobby environment throughout the night
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Delphi)
- Ability to multitask effectively in high-pressure situations
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
