- Monitor hotel security systems and common areas overnight
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Resolve guest complaints with discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 1+ years hotel front desk experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in PMS systems (e.g., Opera, Fidelio)
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure situations
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license (required for errands)
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
