Responsibilities
- Handle guest check-ins/checkouts with speed and accuracy using Opera property management system
- Manage night audit procedures and reconcile daily financial transactions
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with discretion
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams for overnight operations
- Process payment methods and maintain secure cash handling procedures
- Prepare daily reports and ensure documentation compliance
- Act as emergency point of contact during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk experience preferred
- Proficient in property management systems (Opera, Fidelio)
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends/holidays
- Basic mathematical aptitude for financial transactions
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Texas driver's license (if driving shuttle service)
