Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts with precision and warmth
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns promptly
- Monitor security systems and access control during overnight hours
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments
- Manage reservations and room assignments dynamically
- Prepare end-of-night reports and maintain lobby security
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel front desk or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera/PMS)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and transportation
- Valid Louisiana driver's license and reliable transportation
