Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-ins/checkouts during overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy
- Process payments, manage cash floats, and reconcile nightly reports
- Maintain security protocols and monitor surveillance systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest needs
- Update reservation systems and maintain accurate guest records
- Perform nightly audits and prepare shift handover documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in front desk or customer service role
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus)
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic first aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
