Responsibilities
- Guest Relations: Greet guests warmly upon arrival, assist with seamless check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a smooth arrival experience.
- Reception Duties: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, respond to emails promptly, and maintain a pristine and organized front desk area.
- Information Desk: Provide accurate information regarding local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest stay.
- Issue Resolution: Address guest inquiries and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
- Shift Management: Manage the lobby during your shift, coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams, and ensure all safety and security protocols are strictly followed.
- Administrative Tasks: Process payments accurately, handle cash with strict adherence to company policies, and maintain guest records in our Property Management System.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, front desk reception, or customer service is preferred but not required for enthusiastic candidates ready to learn.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Availability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new property management software.
- Professionalism: A professional appearance and the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
