Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during overnight operations
- Manage check-in/check-out procedures for late arrivals/early departuresMaintain lobby and common area cleanliness and security
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Operate hotel management systems and POS equipment
- Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams
- Monitor surveillance systems and report irregularities
- Prepare daily operational reports
Qualifications
- No experience required – open to all backgrounds
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic computer literacy (training provided)
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (for property transport duties)
