Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service during overnight hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and concierge assistance
- Monitor hotel security systems and respond to emergency situations promptly and professionally
- Perform routine room inspections and deep cleaning of public areas, lobby, and amenities
- Coordinate with day shift staff to ensure seamless transition of operations and guest requests
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with discretion and efficiency
- Operate hotel management systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Assist with valet services and manage parking operations during overnight shifts
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in hotel operations or hospitality industry
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Strong problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean driving record (for valet duties)
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic office applications
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying schedules
- Basic knowledge of New Orleans attractions and local services
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
