Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas including dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking amenities
- Change linens, make beds to brand standards, and ensure all textiles meet hygiene protocols
- Operate industrial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently, including floor buffers and extractors
- Report maintenance issues and security concerns promptly to management team
- Adhere to OSHA standards, company safety policies, and sustainable practices
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment within assigned areas
- Provide discreet, attentive service to late-arriving guests with minimal disruption
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for multi-location coverage)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness excellence
- Ability to work independently with minimal overnight supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and rotating schedules
