Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms and public areas to exceed industry standards
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report maintenance needs promptly
- Operate professional-grade equipment (floor buffers, extractors, etc.) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to safety protocols and environmental sustainability practices
- Collaborate with security team for guest room access during overnight hours
- Prepare rooms for next-day arrivals following exacting brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in hospitality
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid Washington State Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Attention to detail with ability to spot inconsistencies in cleanliness
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- COVID-19 vaccination required (medical/religious exemptions considered)
